Tight inventory, and High demand. We do not see a slowdown of the local real estate market. Sellers receiving multiple offers are still the norm, although the number of offers is slightly lower, typically 2-5 offers if the listing is priced reasonably and not too high. But for a listing with an artificially low list price the number of offers still easily exceeds 10.
